Obituary of Toni C. Vanderheyden-Friedman

Toni Vanderheyden Friedman passed away peacefully at home on June 21, 2024, at the age of 76, after a long illness. Toni was born on May 6, 1948. She worked for many years as an office manager for Prudential, where she met her beloved husband of 30 years, Robert, who cared for her at home. She was predeceased by her parents, Frank and Louise, brother Dennis, and sister Gail and she leaves behind many beloved cousins. Toni was a devoted sister-in-law to Steve, Marcy, Marty & Ilene. Toni was the loving aunt to four nephews, Larry, Elliot, Sean and Daniel and their wives, as well as great aunt to Jake, Evan, Rome, Silas, and Bea. She was the adoring mother to fur baby, Logan, who she truly treated as a member of the family. In her earlier days Toni & Robert loved to travel and shop. She enjoyed buying unusual gifts for family members for various occasions and often no occasion at all! Toni will be remembered for her devotion to family and friends, kindness to others, and fun-loving spirit.
