I feel so honored to have been able to watch Isla grow from when I met her in Pre-K. At first there were tears leaving her classroom, but that soon turned into lots of smiles when she had speech (except when our school had a moving witch for Halloween). Our pickups to the speech room were always made longer for all the hugs and greetings that came along with taking Isla. This remained true until the end. She loved to share her life stories with me from her rescuing of Wanda, Irish dancing, Irish parade, her communion, her ability to finally make ponytails to as simple as her newly painted nails. Though Isla’s body was a bit slower that never stopped her. She grew so much academically and it was a delight in watching her progress so much over the years. She achieved so much in such a short time. Isla might have been small but her presence was so much more than that. She was such a light. I will so miss her stopping by my room to see what I am up to, or share some happy news with me. Isla will forever have a special place in my heart. Love you so much Isla Love, Ms. Weiser

I first met Isla a few days before my wedding in May 2024 and fell in love with her straight away. She was so full of life and love for everyone and she showed us all her Irish dancing which she was so good at. It is so hard to believe that she is gone and will be greatly missed. She was a wee angel in life and is now one in heaven. Rest in peace Isla, love you loads Catherine Collins Campbell xx

It is with profound sadness that we mourn the loss of a beautiful young soul who touched the hearts of everyone fortunate enough to know her. As her dance teacher, I had the privilege of watching her grow, learn, laugh, and shine. She brought something truly special into the studio, a sweetness, a joy, and a light that could not be missed. Every step she took, every smile she shared, and every moment she spent dancing will forever hold a special place in my heart. She was so much more than a dance student. She was a precious child whose presence made our dance family brighter. Though her time with us was far too short, the love she gave and the memories she created will remain with us always. The music may have stopped, but her dance will never truly end. Her spirit will live on in every beautiful moment, every little dancer who takes the floor, and in the hearts of all who loved her. I would remember Isla as what a joyful, kind, sweet and a child of a clean ❤️ heart that it was a charming brave and beautiful little girl.
